About Us

The Carmarthen and District Angling Club was founded in 1953, and prides itself on being an ‘open’ club. Offering our members access to miles of prime fishing on the River Towy and its main tributaries the Rivers Cothi and Gwili. With additional beats on the Rivers Gwendraeth and Taf which combine with the Towy to form the Three Rivers Estuary that flows into Carmarthen Bay.

Our waters hold salmon, our main quarry sea trout and increasing numbers of good sized Brown Trout.
